WeEducateAfrica

In development

A clearer path
through research.

From the first proposal to the final approved version. We’re building a workspace that brings students, supervisors and academic processes together.

What we’re building

Less scattered work.
More purposeful supervision.

The planned platform supports the practical work around undergraduate projects and postgraduate research, with configurable institutional workflows.

01

A clear next step

Bring research stages, submission requirements and deadlines into one place, so students and supervisors can see what needs attention.

02

Feedback with context

Keep comments and correction requests connected to the version reviewed. Preserve the history as a project develops.

03

Your academic workflow

Configure programmes, cohorts, stages, roles and assessment rubrics around the institution’s approved process.

04

Human academic decisions

Support similarity reports, integrity review, viva records and final attestation while keeping decisions with authorized academic staff.

05

Guidance that supports learning

Planned AI guidance will help explain concepts and organize research. It will not replace supervisors, invent findings or decide academic outcomes.

06

A choice about sharing

Prepare an authorized final version for WeResearchAfrica, or export to an institution’s chosen destination. Private drafts and assessments stay private.

For individuals, too. We’re planning Free Individual and Individual Pro workspaces for personal research planning and guidance. Institutional supervision, assessment and approval will remain separate. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced.

Part of a connected journey

Develop with care.
Share by choice.

The planned connection to WeResearchAfrica lets eligible, approved work move into a repository submission process with the required permissions. Completing academic assessment does not automatically make a project public.
